Nabropure offers a refilling station to customers who need pure fresh drinking water. NABROPURE ® takes the source and purifies it to a safe, clean drinking water. Removing all contaminants. STEP 1 & 2-Prefiltration
The purifying process begins with a 5 micron & 1 micron sediment (20 inch) reduction cartridges that traps dirt rust, mud, hairs and other particles that can affect the taste and appearance of the water. This stage also protects the RO membrane from fouling and abrasion
STEP 3 & 4- Carbon Block
This stage consists of 5 micron & 1 micron Carbon Block Filters. This purifying process will remove Chlorine & Fluoride. Activated carbon works via a process called adsorption, whereby pollutant molecules in the fluid to be treated are trapped inside the pore structure of the carbon substrate. Carbon filtering is commonly used for water purification, in air purifiers and industrial gas processing. Active charcoal carbon filters are most effective at removing chlorine, sediment, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), taste and odour from water. They are not effective at removing minerals.
STEPS 5- Reverse Osmosis Process
While the RO process will reject incredibly small contaminants, it must at the same time be sufficiently permeable to allow hydrogen & oxygen to pass through. The membrane is designed to allow only water to pass through this dense layer, while preventing the passage of solutes (such as salt ions). This process requires that a high pressure be exerted on the high concentration side of the membrane.
STEP 6: UV Light
Our model Germicida Ultraviolet causes immediate death for organisms or wipe their ability to survive and reproduce. The highly efficient uv lamp and quartz sleeve enchance the penetration power of ultraviolet rays and help reduce bacteria and viruses up to 99.9%
